We make our clothes with care — and we want you to feel confident buying them. Because children's sizing can be unpredictable, we offer size exchanges on full-price purchases. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. Here's everything you need to know.

We know sizing small humans is not an exact science. If the size isn't right, we're happy to exchange it.
To be eligible:

Contact us within 5 days of your delivery date.

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

You must share an unboxing video when you contact us — this is required for all requests.

The garment must be in its original, saleable condition.
How it works:

Email hello@minchoo.co with your order number, the size received, and the size you need.

We'll confirm stock availability. Exchanges are subject to availability in your requested size.

If your size is unavailable, we'll offer store credit for the full item value, valid for 6 months.

Return courier charges are borne by the customer. Please use a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned garment, your exchange will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Size exchanges are available on full-price purchases only. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you.
What to do:

Email hello@minchoo.co within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and your unboxing video.

Do not wear, wash, or remove tags from the garment before contacting us.
Resolution:

We'll arrange a free reverse pickup.

Once received and verified, we'll offer a full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement — your choice.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We are a small-batch brand and are unable to accept returns for change of mind. The following are not eligible:

Garments that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed.

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or as part of a discount or promotional offer.

Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Defect reports made after 24 hours of delivery.

Items returned without an unboxing video on record.

Items returned without prior written approval from Minchoo.

Gift vouchers.
If a return is received without prior approval or does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to send it back to you at your cost.
Refunds
We issue refunds only in the following circumstances:

The item received is defective or damaged, verified by us on return.
-
The item received is incorrect — i.e. we sent you the wrong product.

Your requested exchange size is unavailable and you prefer a refund to store credit.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirming your return. Courier charges are not refunded.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or items purchased during a sale.
Why We Require an Unboxing Video
We require an unboxing video for all return and exchange requests. We know it's an extra step — but it's the only way we can verify what left us and what came back. It protects you too: if a courier damages your order in transit, the video is your proof.
Please record from an unopened package, in good lighting, without cuts, showing the full contents. Without a valid video, we may not be able to process your request.
How to Initiate Return/Exchange

Step 1 — Email hello@minchoo.co with the subject line: Exchange Request – [Your Order Number] OR Defective Item – [Your Order Number] Step 2 — Include: your order number, reason for request, photos of the item, your unboxing video, and what you'd like (exchange size, store credit, or refund). Step 3 — We'll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm next steps. Step 4 — Ship the item back (exchanges) or await our pickup confirmation (defective items). Step 5 — Once received and inspected, your exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. |
