Fabric care

Every Minchoo piece is made from natural fabrics — either GOTS-certified organic cotton or linen, or handwoven textiles crafted by skilled Indian artisans. Free from synthetic fibres and harsh chemical finishes. Soft on skin from the very first wear.

Care Instructions

  • Machine wash gentle or hand wash in cold water
  • Wash with similar colours using a mild detergent
  • No bleach, no soaking, no tumble dry
  • Dry in shade | Warm iron if needed

Minchoo fabrics are designed to soften with every wash and last long enough to be handed down — not just worn out.

A note on natural textiles

Handwoven pieces may carry slight variations in texture or weave, and naturally dyed garments may release a little colour on the first wash — both are marks of genuine craft, not flaws. Wash separately once and they're set for life.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We know sizing can be tricky — we're happy to help you get it right.

  • Size exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • We recommend recording your unboxing in case there are any issues with your order — this helps us resolve things quickly for you
  • Return shipping is arranged by the customer; we'll dispatch the exchanged size as soon as we receive and inspect the item (subject to availability)
  • Sale items are not eligible for size exchanges

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Keep the item unused with tags attached and share a photo or short video of the issue — we'll arrange pickup and sort it out for you with a replacement or refund.
